We have established a rigorous supplier access and assessment system. All incoming wood, panels, fabrics, sponges, hardware, and coatings must be accompanied by material certification and environmental testing reports. Our IQC team uses professional tools such as vernier calipers, hardness testers, and colorimeters to perform random sampling or full inspections of raw materials for size, density, hardness, color, and environmental rating, eliminating any substandard products at the source.
Quality inspectors conduct rounds of inspections at every critical process point on the production line to ensure controlled manufacturing.
● Carpentry: Checks for structural dimensional accuracy, wood defects, and hole placement accuracy.
● Metal: Checks for weld strength and smoothness, structural symmetry, and the absence of cold or leaky welds.
● Sewing: Checks for stitch uniformity, seam straightness, pattern alignment accuracy, and the absence of stains.
● Leather/covering: Checks for fabric tautness, symmetry, and the absence of scratches and wrinkles.
● Painting: Checks for paint film thickness, adhesion (100-grid test), surface smoothness, color variation, and the absence of sags.
100% product inspection. Before packaging, finished products undergo a final "physical check" in a dedicated inspection area.
● Functional Testing: Structural stability testing (simulated shaking), drawer slide smoothness, and hardware installation security.
● Appearance Inspection: Under a standard light box, a 360° inspection is conducted to inspect surface defects, color, texture, and workmanship.
● Dimension Verification: Final dimensional conformity is verified against standard drawings.
● Cleaning and Packaging: Products are ensured to be free of dust and oil, and are packaged with custom thickened corner guards, pearl cotton, stretch film, and sturdy cartons to withstand long-distance transportation.
Before loading, the QC team will randomly select a certain proportion of products for final review and check whether the packaging labels (marks) are correct and clear to ensure that the shipment is foolproof.
